Sama Zama is Japanese for variety. An extension of One Bite Grill, Sama Zama is anything but typical! Offering an Izakaya style dining experience, many of our small, thoughtful dishes, are based on family recipes and Owner Erika Koike's own creations. Focusing on authentic Japanese comfort food, our simple dishes are the perfect size to enjoy with friends and family. And you must try our specialty, Ramen – simply delicious soul food! Located in Kansas City’s historic Westport district, we offer casual dining in an intimate, modern setting, similar to a dining atmosphere you might find in Tokyo.
